Use a unique, strong password for your NBU account — never reuse passwords from other sites.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Profile → Security Settings. It takes 60 seconds and stops 99.9% of unauthorized access.
NBU will never call, text, or email asking for your full password, PIN, or one-time code. If someone does — it's a scam. Report it immediately.

Received a suspicious email claiming to be from NBU? Forward it to admin@northbridgeunion.org and delete it immediately.
